- Eclipse Viewing Visitors will have the opportunity to safely observe the progression of the solar eclipse through specially equipped solar viewing glasses. As the moon gradually obscures the sun, experience the remarkable transition from daylight to twilight and back again.
- Wildlife Encounters While you’re here, don’t miss the chance to explore the diverse array of animal habitats at Austin Zoo before and after the eclipse. From majestic big cats to colorful birds and playful primates, encounter fascinating wildlife from around the globe.
- Picnic Area & Refreshments Feel free to bring your own food and drinks and enjoy our Picnic Grove with plenty of space for you and your family to picnic during the event. Bottled water, Blue Bell ice cream and soft drinks available in the Gift Shop. Other beverages and snacks available in vending machines. Also snacks, drinks and ice cream are available near the train ride.
