The Barber Shop Brewpub was
the first bar on the once sleepy Mercer Street and forever changed downtown Dripping Springs when they opened their doors in 2011. Now, the bustling historic district is home to many fine establishments with The Barber Shop serving as the anchor. This is a true locals brewpub but don’t be mistaken, the atmosphere is one that is always
welcoming and inclusive to whomever walks through the doors. If the bartenders don’t know your name, they certainly will after you’ve ordered your first beer.
On tap, they serve up lots of local beer and it’s always cold. You can even try some of the owner’s beer that they have on tap. The Barber Shop not only serves up beer, they also have wine and drinks for the under 21 crowd.
