Octoberfest at Fitzhugh Brewing - SEPTEMBER 20

Oktoberfest Party at Fitzhugh Brewing
Raise a stein and celebrate the season at Fitzhugh Brewing’s 2nd annual Oktoberfest on Saturday, September 20th. The fun kicks off all day with festive food, German games, and live music. From 1–3 PM, the Austin Polka Band sets the stage with lively tunes while guests compete in classic German competitions for prizes.

Pair the atmosphere with a special menu featuring bratwurst plates and pretzels loaded “charcuterie” style, and don’t miss the release of Fitzhugh’s exclusive Oktoberfest beer brewed just for the occasion. Whether you’re here for the music, the games, or the food and drink, it’s a Hill Country celebration not to be missed.

ART AFTER HOURS MARKET - OCTOBER 3

The Dripping Springs Arts League is thrilled to present Art After Hours, their very first nighttime market. Dripping Springs Songwriters Fest: Oct 17-19th

This is one of the most exciting weekends in Dripping Springs where you will be serenaded by phenomenal singer/songwriter showcases. The 11th annual event is an “industry-opposite” change from the typical “Austin-palooza-music-fest” that everyone is familiar with.

The festival offers people the up-close and personal chance to see, hear, and get to know some very talented performers who have a deep love of the art of songwriting. In its essence, the Dripping Springs Songwriters Festival is all about finely-crafted songs, and the talented folks who have written them.

Highlighted by a list of esteemed local and national talent, the festival features more than 30 shows a day. Audiences are treated to a wide variety of amazing songs and the people and stories behind them as groups of local, national and international songwriters perform “in-the-round”, Nashville-style.
