A perfect place to launch your Hill Country vacation, relax before a wedding, cook dinner in the gourmet kitchen, or just visit with friends. Front and back porches. Multiple areas to relax. Washer and Dryer.

The space
The Hollie House is conveniently located midway between San Antonio and Austin and central to Dripping Springs, the wedding capital of Texas. The home is comfortable and open and has porches on front and back.
Comfortably sleeps 7.
Sleeps 7-King, Queen, Bunk Bed room. Bunk Room has single up and full below. 4 Beds total. full bath and shared bath for two secondary bedrooms.
Workspace area & washer/dryer in Utility Room. Iron and Ironing board provided.
Cleaning supplies provided.
Extra sheets and towels provided. Soap, Shampoo and Conditioner provided in bathrooms. Hairdryer in primary bath along with makeup towels.
Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook the food you bring. We provide snacks, bottled water, coffee and tea.
TV in living room & primary bedroom with ROKU.
Walk to Twisted X Brewery and 5 minute drive into downtown Dripping Springs with lots of shops and dining. Neighborhood is quiet, walk-able and gated after 8:00PM.
You will get a door code and gate code on the morning of your arrival.

Guest access
Access to the complete house except for the garage and the owners pantry located off of the kitchen.
You will get a door code and gate code the morning of your arrival. No need to meet anyone. Parking is in the driveway and off the street.
Door code works from 3:00PM on check in day until 11:00AM on check out day.
Other things to note
Multiple restaurants and HEB (grocery store) are less than 5 minutes away. This is a great place to launch your winery tour or have as a home base for a local wedding.
Walk to Twisted X Brewery and minutes to downtown Dripping Springs. 15 minutes to Wimberley.
