Each Showcase, vendors have the chance to offer tours of their businesses to attendees/register couples from 12-4PM. Venues, restaurants and any business with a physical location that is used in the wedding industry can open their doors from 12-4pm on Showcase Day. Vendors will need to have a staff member available at the location to offer tours, answer questions & guide couples around the business. These visits are free to couples and do not require an appointment. Couples will typically attend the Showcase at Dripping Springs Distilling first to meet all the vendors before leaving and driving on their own to the different Open Tour locations they want to visit. A list and map of all participating Open Tour members will be on the Showcase program.
How do I participate in the Open Tours?
- Check the box on the Vendor Application stating you would like to participate in the Open Tours
- Once your application has been approved and paid, you will pick up an "Open Tour" sign & QR code (which will stay at the venue) from the Dripping Springs Visitors Center (509 W Mercer Street). Couples will scan this QR code upon arrival so we can keep track of where they visited. Couple will also be entered in a giveaway if they visit 3+ Open Tour sites.
- If you have a sign from a previous year, you may use that again. We do require all signs to be either returned to the Visitors Center or purchased. If you would like to purchase your sign please note that on the Vendor Application. **If signs are not returned within 7 days of the Showcase, we will charge the card on file for $25 and you may keep the sign for future Showcases.
*If you would like to participate in Open Tours only, it will be $150. You will be added to the program & Open Tours map. This does NOT include a table at the Showcase.
