Event Details and How You Can Participate:
Sunday January 26, 2020 at Sacred Oaks at Camp Lucy from 10 am -2 pm and tours from noon-4 pm
- Price to participate in the show is $350 for Dripping Springs Chamber of Commerce wedding members. Wedding tier members will also have first option on table placement at the Showcase.
- $400 for non-tier participants
- Half tables are also available at 50% of costs above
- Neutral color table linens are included in price of showcase
- All approved vendors will be featured on the web page
- 1 - 6 ft or 8 ft rectangle table - morning vendors only
- 1 - Cocktail Round table for afternoon tour wedding experts not sending a representative. Table is for marketing materials only.
- 2 chairs per table or one chair with half table booth
- A lead list with the bride/grooms who register with us will be shared with you ten days after the show in an excel format.
The is a free form event – not a designated 10x10 space and doesn’t include pipe and drape. We encourage you to decorate your table including the use of backdrops.
