Event Details and How You Can Participate:
Sunday, July 31st, 2022 at Distillers Hall at Dripping Springs Distilling from 10 am -2 pm and tours from noon-4 pm.
Approved vendors can choose from three table sizes:
- All vendors are required to have a half table (4.5ft) if they would like to be inside Distillers Hall. The half table is $175 for Chamber of Commerce members. $200 for non-Chamber members (if you need a full table inside, please notate the reason on the application).
- Full tables available outside underneath covered patio (6ft) for $200.
- All vendors who do not need a table but do need an outdoor space (cars, bar bus, vendors needing lots of space) will pay $200.
- Full tables (9ft indoor) are available for $350 for Chamber of Commerce wedding tier members. $400 for non-chamber participants. Full tables must be approved.
- All approved vendors will be featured on the web page.
A lead list in Excel format of the registered engaged couples will be shared within five days after the show.
- 1 - 4.5' half farm table (indoors only)
- 1 - 9' farm table (indoors - upon approval only - default requirement is 4.5' farm table)
- 1 - 6' table outdoor underneath a covered patio (6' half-table not available.
The is a free form event – not a designated 10x10 space and doesn’t include pipe and drape. We encourage you to decorate your table including the use of backdrops. If your table/equipment/electronics require electricity you must note on the application.
Once your application is approved, you will be invoiced, to be paid before your business is added to the website as a vendor.
