Showcase Info

Event Details and How You Can Participate:

Sunday, January 29th 2023 in Distillers Hall at Dripping Springs Distilling from 10AM -2PM and tours from noon-4PM.

Approved vendors can choose from three table sizes:
  • 1 - 4.5' half farm table (indoors only - this is a 9ft table shared with another vendor)
  • 1 - 9' farm table (indoors only)
  • 1 - 6' table outdoors underneath a covered patio (half table not available)
TABLE PRICING:
  • The indoor half-table is $175 for Wedding Capital of Texas® members. $200 for non-members (if you need a full table inside, please notate the reason on the application).
  • Full tables (9ft indoor) are available for $350 for Wedding Capital of Texas® members. $400 for non-member participants.
  • Full 6ft tables available outside underneath covered patio for $200.
  • All vendors who do not need a table but do need an outdoor space (cars, bar bus, vendors needing more space) will pay $200.
  • All approved vendors will be featured on the web page.
*Backdrop width & decor must not exceed your allotted space.

A lead list in Excel format of the registered engaged couples will be shared within five days after the show.

This a free form event – not a designated 10x10 space and doesn’t include pipe and drape. We encourage you to decorate your table including the use of backdrops. If your table/equipment/electronics require electricity you must note on the application.


Once your application is approved, you will be invoiced, to be paid before your business is added to the website as a vendor.

Open Tours


Each Showcase, vendors have the chance to offer tours of their businesses to attendees/register couples from 12-4PM. Venues, restaurants and any business with a physical location that is used in the wedding industry can open their doors from 12-4pm on Showcase Day. Vendors will need to have a staff member available at the location to offer tours, answer questions & guide couples around the business. These visits are free to couples and do not require an appointment. Couples will typically attend the Showcase at Dripping Springs Distilling first to meet all the vendors before leaving and driving on their own to the different Open Tour locations they want to visit. A list and map of all participating Open Tour members will be on the Showcase program.

How do I participate in the Open Tours?
  • Check the box on the Vendor Application stating you would like to participate in the Open Tours
  • Once your application has been approved and paid, you will pick up an "Open Tour" sign & QR code (which will stay at the venue) from the Dripping Springs Visitors Center (509 W Mercer Street). Couples will scan this QR code upon arrival so we can keep track of where they visited. Couple will also be entered in a giveaway if they visit 3+ Open Tour sites.
  • If you have a sign from a previous year, you may use that again. We do require all signs to be either returned to the Visitors Center or purchased. If you would like to purchase your sign please note that on the Vendor Application. **If signs are not returned within 7 days of the Showcase, we will charge the card on file for $25 and you may keep the sign for future Showcases.
*If you would like to participate in Open Tours only, it will be $150. You will be added to the program & Open Tours map. This does NOT include a table at the Showcase.
