The Texas Night Sky Festival® will shine brightly once again on March 30th from 12 pm - 11 pm at the Dripping Springs Ranch Park. Everyone is invited to attend this FREE celebration of the starlit skies of Texas. The Festival will feature fun activities and include the display of selected entries to the Festival photo, art and poetry contests.
You do not want to miss the solar observations, three planetariums,
Dark Sky & Midnight Defender patch programs, exhibits from Texas Dark Sky places, demonstrations of smart lighting, a silent auction, tasty food, live music, yoga under the stars, night sky photo tips, or the good, old-fashioned Star Party.
Attendees will be treated to special storytellers who will weave
traditional tales of the night sky from indigenous cultures, renowned speakers, and exceptional music.
