Enjoy an evening of fine cuisine and fine whiskey with our friends from Treaty Oak Distilling. Chef Jacob has curated a one of a kind tasting menu to coincide with Treaty Oak’s award winning Texas Bourbons. Guests will enjoy a 5 course meal with whiskey and whiskey knowledge from Treaty Oak’s exceptional staff. Spoiler alert, attendees will also have access to the first tastes of the Ghost Hill Single Barrel that Le Vacher had the pleasure of choosing from the Distillery. 1st Course (Bread Service)-

House-Made Focaccia, Lemon-Herb Mascarpone

2nd Course (Duck Confit)-

Crispy Duck Confit, served on Arugula Salad, Celery Root, and a Cider Vinaigrette

3rd Course (New York Strip)-

Akaushi NY Strip Seared with a Pecan Mustard Crust, Charred Onion, and Shitake Mushroom

4th Course (Palate Cleanser)-

Red Vermouth Granita, Simple Vanilla Cream

5th Course (Marjolaine)-

Layered Hazelnut Sponge, Vanilla Cream, Chocolate Ganache, Praline Ice Cream
