Destination Brewery Tour & Beekeeping 101 Class

Date: Oct 19, 2019
Experience “fresh air & fresh beer” while snacking on food from the Vista Grill and learning about natural beekeeping.

Join Les Dames d' Escoffier for a trip to the Hill County to visit Vista Brewing in Driftwood! Vista founder and resident beekeeper Karen Killough will lead the group on a tour of Vista’s 21-acre ranch, including the natural apiary, onsite organic farm, brewery and barrel-aging facility.

Whether you want to get started backyard beekeeping or have just always been fascinated by honey bees, this “Beekeeping 101” session will give you a basic intro to the world of honeybees.
