Suds Monkey Brewing Company was created to be a family focused neighborhood brewpub, that gives back to our community, and strive make dreams come true. We are a family owned and operated NANO brewery. Suds was started as life long goal of owner and head brewer, Greg Plummer (background from Stone Brewing & BJ’s Brew House) As we have gone through the trials & tribulations of getting started, we have also become a house of dreams, blessed with a team of amazing people also realizing their dreams by working tirelessly to help our NANO Brewery Grow. We have been told that the relationships created in our tap room over a delicious craft beer is the most important part of the social commune that is craft beer, and that makes us proud. Our neighbors are our core and we are grateful. New faces that join us are our life blood. If you enjoy craft beer, hot rods, sports, and friends to share wonderful experiences with, then Suds Monkey is worth the trip. We recently added another passion of ours, NY Style Pizzas, Stromboli’s, Wings, Garlic Knots, and Desserts to our line up. We are passionate about promoting everything that the Hill Country has to offer. If you are looking for a bus tour, please request Suds Monkey on your route.
